个人简介:
孙泽元,男,1992年生,2014年本科毕业于华东理工大学物理系,2019年获复旦大学物理学博士学位,2019年至2025年在复旦大学从事博士后研究,获博士后创新人才支持计划资助。2025年入职复旦大学微纳电子器件与量子计算机研究院,担任助理教授、博士生导师。主要从事低维磁性体系的扫描探针显微学和非线性光学研究,专注发展前沿的无液氦低温显微表征系统。共发表学术论文10余篇,包括Nature、Science、Nature Materials、Nature Communications等,总他引3000余次;授权国家发明专利4项,美国发明专利1项;主持基金委面上项目,参与基金委国家重大科研仪器研制项目、重点项目等。
研究方向:
1. 二维材料和磁性半导体的自旋电子学实验研究。
2. 原子尺度下电子自旋量子态及其耦合准粒子、电子关联效应、量子相变等新奇物态的表征。
3. 二维光自旋电子学器件的构建及其跨尺度表征和多场调控。
4. 发展前沿无液氦显微表征系统。
Research Interests:
1. Experimental study of spintronics based on 2D materials and magnetic semiconductors.
2. Exploration of emergent quantum states at atomic scale, including spin quantum states and its coupled quasiparticles, electron correlation effects, and quantum phase transitions.
3. Fabrication of 2D opto-spintronic devices with multiscale characterization and multi-field control.
4. Development of state-of-the-art cryogen-free microscopy.
